Contract Role
Data reporting analysts are responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful information that supports operational and strategic business decisions. Responsibilities include data acquisition, report development, code and data integrity troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient, organized, and error-free databases.Key Responsibilities
- Analyze DSHS priority initiatives and special projects using data analysis and reporting best practices.
- Assess, research, document, and define data requirements across programs.
- Develop data analysis tools, dashboards, data models, and visualizations.
- Conduct deep data analysis and identify underlying trends, correlations, and operational insights.
- Ensure adoption of best practices, standards, and data governance procedures.
- Support agency leadership by preparing recommendations, findings, and data-driven insights.
- Facilitate and collaborate across program areas to ensure successful execution of cross-functional projects.
- Work with significant autonomy, utilizing initiative and independent judgment.

Years Required/Preferred Skill/Experience 8 Required Ability to research, gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts; solve complex issues; and prepare concise reports. 8 Required Ability to transform raw data into actionable information for business decision-making; develop reports identifying technology or operational gaps for executive stakeholders. 8 Required Experience developing as-is/to-be data models for improved operational efficiency. 8 Required Skilled in data mapping, data process improvements, benchmarking, and trend/performance analysis. 8 Required Experience analyzing data policies and procedures and their impact on automated systems and functional areas. 8 Required Experience acquiring data from various sources, developing metadata, creating tables, building user-friendly reports, and analyzing correlations and trends. 8 Required Experience using creative and specialized reporting tools to design data reports, dashboards, and visualizations. 5 Preferred Additional experience in dashboard creation and advanced data visualization tools. 5 1 Preferred Experience in State or Federal public sector environments.thanks & RegardsMohammad Faisal
