Role: Maximo Techno-Functional Expert
Location: St Joseph, Missouri, US (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
Required Technical Skill Set: Maximo Application Suite (MAS), MAS Health & Monitor, DB2, Leading high-performance teams
Desired Experience Range: 8 – 10 years
Must-Have
Maximo Implementation/ Upgrade/ Support experience: 7.6 or higher.
Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).
MAS 8/9 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).
Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps platform.
Good-to-Have
Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers Experience of conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server etc.)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.
Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.
Review & report compliance with delivery milestones and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters.
Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.
