🔹 1. ServiceNow Developer – FSM (Field Service Management)
Experience: 3–5 Years
We’re looking for someone with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow FSM, Work Orders, Dispatching, Routing Rules, Crew Scheduling, and Mobile Studio development. You’ll work on configuring modules, customizing workflows/scripts, integrating with ITSM/CSM/HRSD, and supporting release cycles.
🔹 2. ServiceNow Developer – Incident Management (Testing Focus)
If you have strong testing experience in Incident Management workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and ITIL-based processes—this role is for you. The role includes functional/regression testing, UAT, test script creation, and defect tracking in JIRA/ServiceNow.
