Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Audiences Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of audience segmentation and activation workflows using Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). This role will support digital marketing initiatives by enabling precise audience targeting, data ingestion, and personalization logic across multiple channels and sandboxes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement audience segmentation strategies using Adobe Audience Manager.
• Owns segment logic in Adobe RTCDP and related audience activation workflows.
• Defines traits, calculated attributes, and governed audience definitions.
• Troubleshoots segment population and segment-based personalization logic.
• Integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources into Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytics and audience platform configurations.
• Document solutions and train internal teams on audience management and analytics processes.
• Implement Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign logic for orchestrated delivery.
• Support experimentation, A/B logic, and proofing for personalized offers.
• Monitor logs and delivery KPIs to continuously improve orchestration.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience with Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and packet sniffing tools.
• Experience with data modeling, segmentation, and engagement scoring.
• Familiarity with server call types, cookies, sCode, plug-ins, and variable mapping in Adobe Analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Adobe Analytics Architect or Audience Manager Certification.
• Experience with third-party analytics and advertising technologies (e.g., Chartbeat, Krux, Nielsen).
• Knowledge of integration with external data systems and CRM platforms.
• Experience in developing and optimizing customer data platforms (CDPs)
