Role Summary:
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Technical Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and translation of business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and Salesforce administrators to ensure system efficiency, functionality, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
This role requires strong functional knowledge of Salesforce along with the ability to understand technical components such as data models, integrations, Apex behavior, and Lightning capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather detailed functional requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Support solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Create and maintain process flows, data mapping, and system documentation.
Conduct impact analysis and recommend scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
Assist in configuration of Salesforce features (Flows, Validation Rules, Objects, Permissions, etc.)
Coordinate UAT, perform system testing, and validate delivery quality.
Ensure alignment with enterprise best practices, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years overall experience with at least 6+ years as a Salesforce Analyst/Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to understand technical concepts: Apex triggers, LWC behavior, REST/SOAP integrations.
Proven experience writing user stories, functional specs, and technical documentation.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, flows, and automation tools.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, developers, and architects.
Ability to drive workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with Telecom or Cable domain.
Exposure to middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Vlocity/Industries.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Consultant-level).
