Role Automation Specialist 

Experience 10+ Yrs

Location Hartford CT USA onsite

Rate : $55-58/hr C2C

primary skills – Selenium + Python automation 

Requirements

5 years test automation experience

·         Strong Robot Framework  Python expertise

·         Web automation Playwright Selenium and API testing

·         CICD integration Jenkins Azure DevOps

·         BDDTDD methodology experience

·         In sprint QE model experience Agile Scrum

·         Leadership mentoring experience

Nice to Have

·         AI tools experience GitHub copilots for test automation

·         Browser Library for Robot Framework

·         Healthcare Insurance domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities

·         Design automation frameworks with BDDTDD approach

·         Develop and Test test automation solutions

·         Lead automation strategy within sprint cycles

·         Mentor team members and perform code reviews

·         Integrate with CICD pipelines

·         Collaborate in Agile development teams
