Job Description

We are seeking an experienced WebLogic Administrator with 8–10+ years of strong hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale WebLogic Application Server environments. The ideal candidate will handle installation, upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment support across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain WebLogic Server across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Perform installation, upgrades, patching, and migration of WebLogic application server components.
• Manage domains, clusters, JVM tuning, and high-availability configurations.
• Configure and maintain datasources, JMS, JDBC, JNDI, Node Manager, and related components.
• Troubleshoot WebLogic issues related to performance, deployments, connectivity, and configuration.
• Support application deployments for Java/J2EE-based applications.
• Monitor server performance, optimize resource utilization (threads, heap, GC tuning).
• Implement security configurations, SSL setup, certificate management, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams for production stability.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and operational processes.
• Provide 24/7 production support on a rotational basis.

Essential Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in WebLogic Server Administration.
• Strong expertise in clustering, domain configuration, and HA architecture.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux/UNIX for system-level administration and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of Java/J2EE architectures, deployment models, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with WLST scripting, shell scripting, and automation.
• Experience with SSL, certificates, and WebLogic security realms.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
