We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support organizational transformation by tailoring Agile and DevSecOps practices across package, configuration, SaaS, and non-traditional development teams. This role will help shape our operating model, scaling approach, and playbooks while partnering with IT and business leaders to strengthen Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on Agile training and coaching to teams and programs.
- Drive continuous improvement for stronger team, program, and business outcomes.
- Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Analysts, Developers, Testers, and leadership.
- Define and implement scaled Agile practices (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) as needed.
- Support Agile adoption through collaboration, relationship-building, and influence.
- Assess team needs and tailor coaching plans accordingly.
- Lead or coordinate planning events such as rolling-wave planning and PI/Increment Planning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in Agile roles (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Analyst, Engineering lead).
- 3+ years as an Agile Coach or similar role with experience launching new teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence change across teams and leadership levels.
- Agile certifications (Scrum Alliance, ICAgile, PMI, SAFe, etc.).
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, User Story Writing, XP practices, and scaling frameworks.
- Experience developing and delivering Agile training.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile engineering practices such as CI, TDD, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, and Evolutionary Design.
