We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager with 10 years of experience to manage the QA team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the utilities industry.
Thorough knowledge in testing processes end to end, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance.
Manage offshore and onshore team Represent QA in all phases Test Management, Test planning, Project Estimation, Project Tracking, Team Management, Automation testing, Integration testing, End to End Testing, Smoke and Regression testing.
Manage functional and performance testing Salesforce applications and system integrations.
Drive automation of validation and testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Ensure detailed documentation of testing outcomes, workflows, and issue resolutions in an agile environment
Collaborate with stakeholders to align with business requirements and objectives.
