Location : Charlotte – NC (Day 1 onsite Hybrid) Local Only Preferred
Contract : 12+ Months.
Need CSM Certified Scrum Master.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on in a similar Agile role.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and practices.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum Theory, rules and practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building.
- Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello or Similar software.
- Certification as Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is must preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Having experience with GEN AI is huge plus point
