Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Analyst to lead the creation of data products from complex datasets. The role involves data conversion, SQL, visualization, governance using Collibra, and building pipelines in Snowflake. Strong communication skills are essential to translate complex data into actionable insights. This is an onsite role in McLean, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of data products.
- Convert and structure raw data for analysis.
- Write SQL queries and develop data pipelines in Snowflake.
- Create dashboards and data visualizations for business insights.
- Implement data governance using Collibra.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and usability.
Qualifications:

Proficient with Snowflake, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in data conversion and preparing datasets for analytics.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Preferred:
- Experience in the mortgage industry.
- Knowledge of Python or other analytics tools.
