Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Lead full migration from legacy BI tools to Power BI
Write advanced DAX and Power Query (M) for complex calculations
Optimize performance of Power BI solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
Establish Power BI best practices and governance standards
Mentor junior developers
🛠️ Required Skills:
10+ years in BI development, 5+ years in Power BI
Proven experience leading BI migration projects
Expert in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling (star/snowflake schema)
Strong SQL skills
Experience with data sources like Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL Server
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
