Job Title: SAP FSCD/FPSL Techno-Functional Product Owner

Description: We’re seeking a Techno-Functional Product Owner with deep expertise in SAP FSCD (Collections & Disbursements) and SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger). The role involves design, delivery, and execution of transformation projects for the Group Insurance business. This role is the cornerstone for building key financial capabilities, driving execution through Agile teams, and ensuring that SAP activities deliver against business value, regulatory compliance, and group-wide cost-efficiency.

 

Product Leadership & Vision:

·         Drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for SAP FSCD and FPSL solutions.

·         Translate business objectives into clear design, functional, and technical outcomes for Financial Transformation teams.

·         Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and ensure team execution accountability for business outcomes.

 

Solution Ownership:

·         Build cross-domain synergy with architects, data, and integration teams to maintain solution coherence.

·         Lead end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation for SAP FSCD/FPSL within the Group’s SAP ecosystem.

·         Ensure adherence to Group standards, security, and compliance frameworks.

· Develop change flows in CI-UAM, FES, and secondary issue SAP module integration.

 

Operational Coordination & Implementation:

·         Drive collaboration between IT development teams and finance stakeholders to ensure robust end-to-end implementation.

·         Lead Business Continuation Configuration (BCC) and ensure timely SAP project milestones.

·         Coordinate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and key Finance, Procurement, and Compliance stakeholders to streamline deployment.

·         Maintain and enhance FSCD/FPSL solutions for automation, production support, and testing.

· Maintain transparent communication of delivery timelines and milestones within project teams.

 

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

·         13+ years of SAP experience with FSCD, FPSL, or S/4HANA Finance, preferably within insurance or financial services.

·         Proven record as a Techno-Functional Lead or Product Owner delivering complex SAP Finance solutions in Agile (SAFE) environments.

·         Hands-on expertise in SAP FSCD and/or FPSL configuration, integration, and data migration.

·         Strong functional understanding of insurance financial processes and subledger protocols.

·         Ability to own delivery end-to-end with strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Master’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.

·         SAP Certification in FSCD, FPSL, or S/4HANA Finance.

·         Experience leveraging RPA, machine learning, or automation tools to streamline financial processes and improve decision-making.

·         Familiarity with insurance accounting models and regulatory reporting.

· Experience with SQL data modeling or interface development.
