C2C Hiring – SAP EPPM Functional Lead – Atlanta, GA / Hybrid

The SAP EPPM Functional Architect is a seniorlevel, strategic role responsible for defining the overall architectural blueprint and integration strategy for an organization''s Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) solution within the broader SAP and enterprise IT landscape (especially S/4HANA). This role provides thought leadership and serves as the highestlevel functional and technical authority for the EPPM domain.

Strategic & Architecture: Define the endtoend functional and technical architecture for SAP EPPM (PPM, PS, CPM, Resource Management) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD), and other nonSAP systems. Develop the EPPM roadmap and strategy aligned with the client''s business goals (e.g., capital expenditure planning, R&D portfolio optimization). Lead architecting workshops with Clevel and senior business stakeholders to translate strategic business needs into scalable SAP solutions. Provide advisory and thought leadership on best practices, new SAP technologies (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori apps for EPPM), and deployment models (Cloud/Onpremise).Leadership & Governance: Oversee and ensure the quality of all functional designs, configuration, and customizations developed by the consulting team. Establish and govern EPPM design standards, naming conventions, and project methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate). Mentor and guide Senior and Junior Consultants on complex design and integration challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with 5+ years focused on SAP EPPM/PPM/PS/CPM/RM. Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant across at least 3-4 fullcycle EPPM implementations on S/4HANA along with Integration capabilities in SAP MM/SD/FICO/SF and SAC. Deep expertise in Portfolio Management processes (ideatocash, stagegate, capacity planning, portfolio reporting). Strong understanding of Project Financials integration (project settlement, WIP, results analysis) with SAP FI/CO. Excellent communication and ability to present complex architectural designs to technical and nontechnical executive audiences.
