Responsibilities

•                Lead end-to-end performance testing across enterprise systems.

•                Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Rest Assured, and Cucumber.

•                Develop and execute load and performance tests using LoadRunner.

•                Collaborate with architects and developers to define and meet performance goals.

•                Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and drive performance improvements.

•                Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.

•                Mentor and coordinate onsite/offshore QA teams to ensure consistency and quality.

•                Deliver clear performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

•                9–10+ years of Performance Testing & Engineering experience.

•                Strong automation experience with Java, Rest Assured, Cucumber, and Git.

•                Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, AWS, and SQL/Oracle.

•                Knowledge of Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.

•                Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

•                Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

•                Proven ability to lead testing efforts for large-scale enterprise programs.
