• Experience: Minimum of 7 years as systems analyst in Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Data Science projects.
• SQL Expertise: A minimum of 7 years of work experience in SQL, with expertise in crafting complex SQL queries
• Datamart Design: A minimum of 5 years of experience designing DataMarts, with a focus on Dimensional Modeling.
• Power BI: At least 3 years of experience in the design and development of Power BI dashboards.

High Level Project Responsibliities:
The Systems Analyst will:
• Assist in the planning, design, development of new data engineering, analytical and data science applications, as well as enhancements to existing applications.
• Meet with decision-makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
• Operate independently on the most complex projects at the highest technical level of all phases of application systems analysis activities.
• Formulate or define system scope and objectives based on user needs.
• Develop or refine procedures to address complex challenges, taking into account the limitations and capabilities of IT systems, operational timeframes, and the desired outcomes.
• Work with multiple business units, in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments.
• Guide and advise less experienced Systems Analysts.
• Design and Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
Job Duties:
• Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
• Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
• Create and deliver effective presentations to all levels of colleagues and peer groups.
• Document standards and procedures for various analytic platforms.
• Develop test cases and validate test results.
• Coaches and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members.
• Proficiently performs assignments having the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to carry out all aspects of the job
• Exercises independent judgment and decision-making in planning, organizing and conducting work assignments.

Education:
• Minimum of Highschool Diploma or Equivalency
