About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Microsoft CE CRM Developer to join the (PTC) project.
You’ll be responsible for configuring, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications to streamline customer engagement and system integration.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop solutions within Dynamics 365 CE CRM based on Agile backlog tasks.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
Configure Customer Service features including Omnichannel, Unified Routing, Workstreams, and Channels.
Collaborate with leads, PMs, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Implement CI/CD pipelines following PTC’s SDLC and ALM best practices.
Document all work — including technical designs, test plans, and lessons learned.
Support end-user training, adoption, and system optimization.
Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM development and configuration.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel, Unified Routing, and user management.
Strong understanding of Contact Center applications (Telephony, IVR) and self-service portals.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP and payment systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
