About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead Salesforce initiatives within our Enterprise Delivery team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and alignment with business goals. Experience managing Salesforce programs is required, and knowledge of Salesforce CPQ will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
·  Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects within scope, schedule, and budget.

·  Partner with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on priorities.

·  Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with leadership and technical teams.

·  Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues and dependencies.

·  Drive regular project governance — including status reporting, steering committee updates, and executive communication.

·  Manage vendor and offshore teams to ensure consistent delivery quality and accountability.

·  Ensure adherence to project management standards, best practices, and enterprise delivery frameworks.

·  Support resource planning, forecasting, and budgeting for assigned projects.

·  Identify continuous improvement opportunities in delivery processes.
