Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Atlanta, GA – Onsite
Mode: Contract
Technical Skills
supports internal operations / client services / IT operations and needs enhancements, integrations, and maintenance
Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting environment
Solid experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
Hands-on with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request), CMDB, Service Catalog
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Integration Hub, Orchestration (if applicable)
Working knowledge of client-side scripting: UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions
Experience in configuring ACLs, security, domain separation (if relevant)
Familiarity with Import Sets, Transform Maps, Data Sources
Experience with reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics
Solid understanding of ITIL processes
Exposure to ServiceNow upgrade methodology and release management
Understanding of code versioning, source control, and deployment mechanisms
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
