IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a local and experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in gas transmission systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of natural gas business processes and terminology, including:

***Contracts. Capacity Release, Nomination, Confirmations, Scheduling, Measurement, Allocation,  Billing, Imbalance trading, Cashout***

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role. Mandatory experience in the Natural Gas industry with a focus on gas transmission. Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and SharePoint. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proven experience in:

Test management & coordination

Defect lifecycle handling

UAT planning and execution Ability to analyze complex systems independently and deliver scalable solutions. Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and business stakeholders.
