Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Developer with strong experience in PTC FlexPLM and data migration to join our client,, in supporting and enhancing their product lifecycle management systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in FlexPLM customization, integration, and data migration processes to ensure seamless system upgrades and data consistency across the PLM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within PTC FlexPLM to meet business and technical requirements.
- Perform data migration from legacy systems or between FlexPLM versions, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and System Architects to support integration and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FlexPLM application issues, enhancements, and performance bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and utilities for system automation and data management.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation to support ongoing business operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC FlexPLM (Configuration, Customization, Integration).
- Proven data migration experience in FlexPLM or related PLM systems.
- Proficiency in Java / J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Good understanding of Windchill architecture and FlexPLM data model.
- Experience with SQL / Oracle / PL-SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in retail, apparel, or footwear industry domains.
- Knowledge of FlexPLM upgrade projects or version migrations (e.g., 11 to 12).
- Experience integrating FlexPLM with ERP or other enterprise systems.
