About the Role
We’re seeking a Contentstack CMS Consultant to join our Digital Experience Platforms team in Chicago!
This role is perfect for an experienced professional passionate about building scalable, API-driven, personalized digital experiences using Contentstack CMS and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design, development, and delivery of CMS-driven digital platforms
Build and manage content models, taxonomies, personalization rules, and event-driven cloud functions
Integrate content delivery with web applications, APIs, analytics platforms, and back-end systems
Collaborate with business SMEs, UX designers, and technical teams for seamless implementations
Drive Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and project delivery
Oversee unit and integration testing; support QA teams during validation
Partner with cloud infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) for secure, scalable deployments
Stay updated on best practices in CMS, personalization, and cloud-native technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Content Management Systems and personalization platforms (Contentstack preferred)
Proven expertise in building reusable content and personalized digital experiences
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps
Experience with Node.js or .NET, plus knowledge of JSON, XML, OAuth
Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, persona design, and multi-channel marketing
Awareness of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) for secure digital experiences
