Job Title: Business Analyst (2 positions – 1 Sr, 1 Mid Level)
Location: Tallahassee FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: $58/hr C2C max for Sr Role
$47/hr C2C max for Jr Role.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis within an Agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and impact analysis.
- Experience with testing coordination and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and/or other process modeling tools.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills & Environment:
- Programming & Web Technologies: Java 21, REST services (Java Spring Boot), Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Database: MS SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, views), Oracle (preferred)
- Application Servers: JBOSS 5.0+
- Testing Tools: LoadRunner, Jira
- Other Tools: MS Visio, SharePoint
