About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions that drive business value and customer success. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, end-users, and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce platform enhancements align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Salesforce CRM and related applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions aligned with best practices.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions to ensure features are delivered on time and meet business needs.
- Define and track KPIs and success metrics for Salesforce solutions to measure adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance on release readiness and deployment planning.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, AppExchange solutions, and industry trends, recommending enhancements that improve business processes.
- Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory standards across Salesforce implementations.
- Act as a champion for the end-user experience, providing training, documentation, and support to maximize adoption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience managing product backlogs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation (Flow/Process Builder), and reporting/dashboards.
- Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Product Owner/Product Manager (preferred).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications (ERP, marketing automation, data platforms).
- Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or API development (basic understanding).
- Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Background in customer experience, sales operations, or digital transformation initiatives.
