Key Responsibilities
– Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for autonomous AI agents
– Define workflows where LLMs + tools can reduce manual effort or boost insight
– Map out user journeys, business rules, and dependencies across airline ops/customer service/scheduling – Collaborate with product, data, and tech teams to build measurable POCs – Conduct stakeholder demos, gather feedback, and iterate
Qualifications:
– Strong analytical and documentation skills
– Experience with AI/ML product lifecycles
– Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt tuning, and agent tool use – Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical teams
