Experience & Skills:
7 years of overall experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce
Service Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain features within Salesforce Service Cloud.
Customize and configure Salesforce based on business needs.
Integrate third-party solutions for enhanced customer service. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and incorporate new features.
Core Skills:
Salesforce Service Cloud – Deep hands-on experience, especially with
Case Management and Knowledge Management.
Salesforce Lightning Experience – Custom components, UI optimization,
and performance tuning.
Apex Programming – Strong command of triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing. Visualforce – Legacy support and integration with Lightning components. Salesforce APIs – REST, SOAP, Bulk API for integrations. Salesforce Knowledge Base – Article types, data categories, publishing workflows.
Case Lifecycle Automation – Assignment rules, escalation, SLAs, and
entitlements.
