C2C Hiring || SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager || Princeton, NJ (3 day onsite)

Personal Must have 

• Proven experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, preferably with a focus on HRIS or cloud-based software particularly SuccessFactors EC Payroll  implementations.
• Methodology knowledge: Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Strong planning and execution skills: Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, establish timelines and budgets, allocate resources effectively, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Problem-solving and decision-making: Capacity to address and resolve challenges promptly, make informed decisions, and guide the team towards solutions.
• Budget and resource management: Ability to plan, manage, and track project finances and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Personal Nice to have 

•  Effective communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels (technical teams, HR leaders, executives)
• Stakeholder management: Expertise in engaging and managing expectations of various stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and building strong relationships.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation: Capacity to handle disagreements, negotiate solutions, and maintain a collaborative environment.
• Change management: Understanding of change management principles and the ability to drive user adoption of new systems and processes.

Additional information 

•  Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and navigate challenges effectively. 
• Experience with Insurance Industry is a plus
