Systems Analyst
· Demonstrated expertise in project planning, monitoring, and control, with a strong track record of managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is highly valued.
· Technical acumen is a strong asset—while this is not a hands-on development role, a solid understanding of programming principles, scripting, and code logic (e.g., for reverse engineering) is highly beneficial. Familiarity with API specifications such as REST and JSON is also advantageous.
· Advanced proficiency in SQL is required, including writing and executing complex queries for data analysis, data mapping, and reporting. A deep understanding of relational database schemas and fluency with SQL management tools is essential.
· Experience with AI tools is highly desirable, particularly for generating requirements, use cases, test cases, and design documentation. A working knowledge of AI applications in a product or documentation context is a strong plus.
Must-Have Skills:
· Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including scripting and complex query writing.
· Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
· Proven ability to analyze data, design relational databases, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical teams
· Project management skills.
· Experience leveraging AI tools for documentation and process improvement is a plus.
· Foundational programming knowledge and scripting experience are beneficial.
· Finance/ Mortgage domain exp
Desired Skills:
· Experience with the .NET framework.
· Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.
· Exposure to Snowflake and Tableau for data warehousing and reporting.
· Experience with AWS cloud services.
