Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead IT integration efforts for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This role will drive end-to-end planning and execution of IT systems, data, and infrastructure integration, ensuring business continuity, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Leadership: Develop and execute IT integration roadmaps, including systems, applications, infrastructure, and data.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure integration aligns with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Change Management: Drive communication, training, and adoption strategies during and after integration.
Post-Merger Support: Monitor performance, resolve issues, and conduct lessons-learned reviews.
Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years in IT Program/Project Management, with M&A or IT integration focus.
Domain: 3+ years in Commercial Insurance (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Large-scale IT integration (multi-region/global).
Strong knowledge of PMLC, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.
Experience with AI-driven solutions, data pipelines, and system integration.
Proficiency with project tools (MS Project or similar).
Expertise in risk, change, and vendor management.

A strategic and hands-on IT leader with proven success in M&A integrations, strong knowledge of insurance industry IT systems, and the ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programs to successful completion.
