Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead IT integration efforts for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This role will drive end-to-end planning and execution of IT systems, data, and infrastructure integration, ensuring business continuity, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Leadership: Develop and execute IT integration roadmaps, including systems, applications, infrastructure, and data.

Program Management: Oversee full project lifecycle (PMLC), manage budgets, timelines, risks, and ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary IT point of contact, collaborating with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

Governance & Compliance: Ensure integration aligns with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.

Change Management: Drive communication, training, and adoption strategies during and after integration.

Post-Merger Support: Monitor performance, resolve issues, and conduct lessons-learned reviews.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in IT Program/Project Management, with M&A or IT integration focus.

Domain: 3+ years in Commercial Insurance (preferred).

Technical Skills:

Large-scale IT integration (multi-region/global).

Strong knowledge of PMLC, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid.

Experience with AI-driven solutions, data pipelines, and system integration.

Proficiency with project tools (MS Project or similar).

Expertise in risk, change, and vendor management.

General Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. PMP preferred.
