C2C Hiring – SAP Test Manager – REMOTE

• Test Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and refine test strategies and plans tailored to SAP S/4 HANA projects, with comprehensive coverage of functional modules including O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management, ensuring alignment with both business goals and client needs.

• Client Relationship Management: Proficient and efficient in Cross functional coordination and collaboration

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on testing matters. Ensure client expectations are clearly defined, exceeded, and that all project deliverables align with agreed-upon quality standards.

• Driving Growth: Identify business development opportunities within existing and prospective client engagements. Proactively propose testing solutions and value-added services that support client objectives and drive growth for both the client and the organization.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide test analysts, automation engineers, and UAT coordinators, cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams—including experts in O2C, EHS, P2P, and Warehouse Management—as well as business users and external partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure testing excellence.

• Process Optimization: Continually assess and enhance test processes and tools, championing best practices in SAP testing and automation.
