Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support & system administration for SAP applications & SuccessFactors
- Perform system monitoring, tuning, upgrades & troubleshooting
- Manage patches, security updates & system integrations
- Ensure ERP availability & stability for over 120 State agencies
Required Skills:
✔️ 5+ years SAP BASIS Administration (installation, upgrades, patches, performance monitoring)
✔️ 2+ years SAP Public Sector experience
✔️ Linux/DB2 & Windows/MSSQL environments
Nice-to-Have:
✨ Experience with SAP Financials, Procurement, Grants Management
✨ Public Sector ERP experience
✨ Hybrid SAP (on-prem & cloud) exposure
