This is a critical role supporting time-sensitive, compliance-heavy logistics in the radiopharmaceutical industry. The consultant will lead solution design, system configuration, and cross-functional integration within a regulated, cold chain distribution environment.

We are seeking a Principal SAP SD Configuration Analyst with strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, Sales & Distribution, and integrations with SAP TM and SAP EWM. This is a critical role supporting time-sensitive, compliance-heavy logistics in the radiopharmaceutical industry. The consultant will lead solution design, system configuration, and cross-functional integration within a regulated, cold chain distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP SD Configuration & Solution Design
- Lead full-cycle configuration of SAP SD (pricing, OTC, ATP, delivery, billing, returns)
- Customize processes for radiopharma-specific compliance and cold chain logistics
- Configure GDP-compliant delivery and billing documentation
Cross-Functional Integration
- Integrate SD with SAP TM (freight, routing, real-time tracking) and SAP EWM (batch management, serial numbers, cold storage)
- Collaborate with TM and EWM teams to ensure seamless logistics and fulfillment
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all SD processes comply with cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GDP standards
- Implement audit-ready controls including digital signatures, controlled printouts, and electronic records
Project Leadership & Support
- Serve as a solution architect and SME for SD in SAP projects and S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Guide technical teams on specifications, enhancements, user exits, and SD-TM-EWM custom logic
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and provide L3 support and mentorship to internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of SAP SD configuration experience, including full lifecycle implementations
- Strong knowledge of order-to-cash, ATP, pricing, batch determination, and returns processes
- Proficiency with condition techniques, IDocs, BRF+, and third-party logistics integrations
- At least 3 years of experience integrating with SAP TM (preferably embedded) and SAP EWM
- Experience working in radiopharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is required
- Familiarity with SAP GTS, Event Management, and GRC is a plus
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
