Role Overview
The Salesforce Engineering Manager leads cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to align Salesforce development with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and QA Analysts.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
Technical Strategy & Execution
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and secure development protocols.
• Guide architectural decisions and participate in peer reviews and technical design sessions.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement Agile methodologies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Coordinate release management and DevOps processes using tools like Copado, Git, and Jenkins
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in discovery calls and architecture review meetings.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Support
• Oversee testing strategies including functional, regression, and automated testing.
• Support user acceptance testing and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation including ERDs, process flows, and architectural decisions

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery models.
• Strong understanding of microservices, relational databases, and APIs.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Application Architect
• Experience in financial services or healthcare domains is a plus
