Position: PMP Project Manager

PMP Certification Must
Experience Requirements
· 10 years of professional experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Communications.
· Experience in legislative budget requests is highly desired.
· Knowledge of program management and construction scheduling processes preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of PMBOK (latest edition) principles, methods, tools, and techniques.
· Ability to prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
· Experience in legislative budget requests and financial documentation.
· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Oversight Project Management responsibilities.
· Skill in risk assessment and risk mitigation techniques.
· Ability to manage multiple, large, and complex projects concurrently
· RFQ, RFP, ITB, ITN, and Single Source documentation and development techniques.
· Ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
· Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and conflict resolution.
· Knowledge of resource allocation and management practices.
