•                10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on D365 Finance & Operations development.

•                Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

•                Knowledge of Azure cloud, Azure DevOps, version control, and branching.

•                Solid experience with relational databases, data modeling, and integrations.

•                Ability to design, develop, enhance, support, and maintain Microsoft D365 ERP solutions.

•                Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
