Job Title: Telecom Test Engineer (Triage/ Defect Management)

Location: Onsite at Plano, TX

Position Type: Contract

 

Mandate: BSSe stack experience & Ex-AT&T Exp.

 

Job Description:

·         Experience in AT&T tech stack with BSSe stack experience.

·         Experienced in defect Analysis, Triaging and Troubleshoot customer focused issues and exceptions.

·         Strong Defect management skills to drive the resolution of defects during the testing and involved complete defect life cycle.

·         Work with tools such as Dynatrace, ELK, any point and other monitoring tools for capturing event data and package the issues for quicker resolutions.

·         Ability to work with various ticket management systems such as (but not limited to) Track, AOTS, JIRA, SharePoint.

· Strong understanding of defect life cycle and end to end defect management process.

·         Ability to work with end user and translate user challenges into technical terminology.

·         Ability to work with multiple application teams for end to end defect resolution.

·         Prior experience in AT&T is preferred.

· Strong communication and presenting skills.
