Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM / CRMA Architect with strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade customer management and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across multiple CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.) and Analytics/CRMA tools (Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable CRM and CRMA solutions aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate, compare, and recommend CRM/analytics tools based on client requirements.
- Lead integration of CRM platforms with analytics solutions for unified reporting and insights.
- Provide best practices for data governance, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into technical architecture.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a CRM or CRMA Architect in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM & CRMA (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
- Hands-on expertise with at least one other CRM (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).
- Familiarity with BI/analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
