Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable network solutions that meet business requirements. Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations to support growth and technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement high-performance, secure, and scalable network solutions that meet business requirements.
– Plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and optimizations to support growth and technological advancements.
– Perform administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection & Cisco Contact Center Enterprise. – Monitor Unified Communication system applications to ensure peak performance. – Assist in monthly system patching & testing of Unified Communication systems. – Provide regular status on tasks accomplished, current issues & progress toward goals.
– Create and maintain documentation as it relates to standard operating procedures.
– Monitor and test voice network performance, and provide performance statistics and reports.
– Collaborate with other team members across IT and the business.
– Work with UC Engineers on higher-level projects.
– Involve with vendor coordination for circuit implementation and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
– 6 to 8 years of experience in Cisco Voice Administration.
– 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on complex and large-scale networks.
– Proven experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
– Experience with cloud networking (e.g., Cisco Cloud, AWS, Azure).
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. – Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and projects.
– Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or other relevant network certifications are preferred.
– Experience in leading and building strong relationships and teams.
