Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in the healthcare domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and regulatory requirements in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Develop and maintain workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.

• Work with Salesforce Health Cloud and other healthcare-related Salesforce modules (if applicable).

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data security standards.

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

• Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare applications, APIs, and third-party platforms.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), SOQL, SOSL.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or healthcare-related implementations.

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR integrations, and compliance requirements.

• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).

• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA).

• Salesforce Administrator or Health Cloud Consultant certification.

• Prior experience working directly with healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences clients.
