Qualifications Required (6+ years of experience)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a
related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong foundation in at least one of the following areas:
o Software engineering: Python, Java, TypeScript/React, or similar. o Data engineering: SQL, Spark, cloud data platforms. o Analytics / Data Science: statistics, ML frameworks, visualization. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies and apply them in real projects.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in fast-paced,
collaborative teams.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise data integration, APIs, or distributed
systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization,
infrastructure-as-code).
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their practical application.
• Prior experience in high-compliance industries (healthcare, financial
services, government) is a plus.
