Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive resource to support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module. This role will be instrumental in optimizing recruiting experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring seamless integration with broader HCM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), supporting end-to-end recruiting processes.

· Configure and maintain ORC features including job requisitions, candidate workflows, career sites, interview scheduling, and offer management.

· Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable recruiting solutions.

· Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Manage integrations between ORC and other systems (e.g., background checks, assessments, onboarding).

· Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics related to recruiting metrics and compliance.

· Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Oracle support as needed.

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management activities.

· Develop and execute regression testing plans to validate system functionality post-update.

· Configure and optimize Redwood UI components to enhance user experience across Oracle HCM modules.

· Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.
