Administration & Maintenance, Install, configure, and upgrade SAP BO servers (including CMS, Input/Output FRS, Adaptive Processing Servers, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, etc.).
• Monitor system health, capacity, and performance to ensure high availability and stability.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and security settings within CMC.
• Platform Support & Troubleshooting
• Perform regular housekeeping tasks such as cleanup of logs, auditing, and repository maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, report, and connectivity issues in coordination with application and database teams.
• Provide Level 2/3 production support for critical BO incidents.
• Performance Optimization
• Perform tuning of BO servers, reports, and universes to optimize performance.
• Implement load balancing, failover configurations, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with report developers and business analysts to support universe, WebI, Crystal, and Lumira deployments.
• Manage promotion of content across Dev, QA, and Prod using Promotion Management or other tools.
• Maintain security models and enforce data access policies.
• Conduct periodic audits and ensure compliance with organizational standards
