Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, Tennessee/Morrisville, NC.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Unix, SQL
- understanding of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
- Understanding of Incident Management.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global Delivery Environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with production support
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
