Key Responsibilities
Recent Investment banking experience is mandatory.
Java development experience is mandatory.
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects in the banking domain (digital banking, payments, cards, lending, core banking, risk, or compliance systems). Act as the bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring requirements are clearly translated into technical solutions. Good experience in Database and data related projects, hands on SQL Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive technical solutioning and implementation. Ensure adherence to banking regulations, compliance standards, and security requirements throughout project execution. Manage vendor relationships (if applicable) and coordinate with third-party solution providers. Drive Agile/Waterfall/Scrum methodologies as per project needs and ensure effective ceremonies, sprint planning, and progress reporting. Create and present status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates to senior stakeholders. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and drive mitigation strategies. Ensure proper UAT (User Acceptance Testing), production rollout, and post-implementation support. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
