Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in mortgage operations to lead and coordinate complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience in mortgage processing, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Empower loan origination system. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive successful program delivery and support ongoing operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute multiple mortgage-related projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee project teams, delegate tasks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders including IT, operations, compliance, and external partners.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in mortgage operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for mortgage workflows, regulatory guidelines, and Empower platform capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and executive updates to senior management.
- Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RESPA, TRID, HMDA).
- Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support new systems, processes, and regulatory changes.
