.Net Tech lead C2C jobs urgent Need

Position: .Net Tech lead

Location: Tampa, FL (Remote)

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $52/hr on C2C

Description:

  Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based applications ensuring best practices and architectural standards.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, QA, DevOps, and UX to deliver high-quality solutions.

  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.

  Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure the maintainability and scalability of the codebase.

 Drive architectural decisions and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
