As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Drive customer discussions to define requirements and deliver end-to-end technical solutions.
• Leverage decision-making skills to analyze data and architect large-scale data infrastructure.
• Create solution artifacts, technical documentation, and present solutions to customers.
• Review functional and technical requirements, raise potential issues, and lead design discussions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to define features and identify opportunities.
• Work in an Agile environment, continuously releasing new features.
• Mentor team members, including onshore and offshore developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements & Design: Lead technical solutioning and architectural discussions.
• Coding & Review: 50% hands-on coding, 50% reviewing code and resolving complex issues.
• Integration & Testing: Ensure quality and seamless deployments.
• Feature Definition: Work closely with product and business teams.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery.
• Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and enforce best practices across teams.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Certification: GCP Professional Architect Certification (preferred).
• Cloud Expertise: Minimum 2+ years designing and deploying solutions in GCP, with services like GKE, VPC, Load Balancers, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, IAM, DataProc, DataFlow, and Stackdriver.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with tools such as Terraform (preferred).
• Programming: 10–12 years in Java/J2EE development using Spring Boot, Spring XD, Hibernate.
• Big Data: Experience with Hadoop and Apache Spark.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins.
• Architecture: Ability to define technical approaches for business problems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, adaptability, and leadership qualities.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure or AWS in addition to GCP.
• Exposure to PaaS/SaaS environments.
