- Plan, manage, and deliver projects using agile and traditional methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, product financials, and resource allocations.
- Track and communicate project/initiative progress to stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage the backlog and guide team priorities.
- Identify and address risks and impediments hindering project/team progress and collaborate with team to develop mitigation strategies and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance through key performance indicators (KP|s) and metrics.
- Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and values.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Facilitate team preparation for quarterly Pl planning and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Encourage effective communication and cooperation among team members and stakeholders
