Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Oracle HCM System Administrator. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Oracle Journeys, Core HR functionalities, the Redwood UI transition using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and custom security role management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and managing employee experiences, workflows, and secure access models that enhance HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud modules, primarily Core HR and Journeys.
· Review, update, and manage custom security roles, ensuring appropriate access controls and compliance with organizational policies.
· Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.
· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
· Support testing, documentation, and training efforts for new features and system updates.
· Partner with Oracle support and internal IT teams to resolve technical issues and implement best practices.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience administering Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HR and Journeys.
· Proven experience with Redwood UI and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for creating custom user interfaces and extensions.
· Demonstrated experience managing custom security roles and access controls in Oracle HCM.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
· Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher).
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
· Experience with other Oracle modules such as Talent Management, Learning, or Recruiting.
· Experience with REST APIs, Fast Formulas, and personalization tools within Oracle Cloud.
· Familiarity with Core HR or Redwood UX design principles and employee engagement strategies.
· Experience with Oracle’s Sandbox and Page Composer tools.
· Experience with HCM data models, security roles, and workflow configuration.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
