Adobe Experience Platform Architect

Roles/Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud
• Work in a client facing roles and lead the architecture and design of Adobe Experience cloud implementations.
• Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to the requirements.
• Collaborate and lead technical resources to define technical architecture and solution development.
• Develop good working relationship with client and Client stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the Solution Architecture, team's knowledge, methodologies and customer-facing collateral
Qualifications:
• Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on one or more key modules of RTCDP, CJA, AJO and Data Distiller
• Define Architecture and design AEP changes based on Adobe’s best practices
• Build AEP data model and data flows and jobs
• Working knowledge on implementing/ enhancing AEP related changes as per technical design specifications
• Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
• Understanding of Identity Graph, Query Service, Real time customer profile, Segmentation service, data science workspace • Experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM or any tag management system • Ability to configure data collection using Experience Platform Launch and mapping the collected data into XDM
• Experience working with customer and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies.
• Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
• Ability to build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer
• Understanding of Offer Decisioning module of AEP
• In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
• Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
• Sound knowledge & experience of marketing domain spreading across the industry leading tool platforms
• Experience in analyzing client business needs and present with end to end marketing solution
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to interact and make client understand the marketing solution lucidly • Ability to come up with alternate solutions/thought processes when presented with a complex technical/functional scenario • Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior Years of Experience: 20.00 Years of Experience
